Where/How Do We Collect Information About You? We may collect information directly from you, from our service providers, data partners, or through the use of technology such as cookies.

How Do We Use Your Information? We use the information we collect to contact you, to share with our clients, to analyze and improve our website, for security and fraud prevention and other legal reasons.

What Personal Information Do We Collect?

When you interact with our Services, we collect the following information:

  • Contact Information: Your name, mailing address or email address.
  • Demographic Information: Your ZIP/postal code, age, preferences, gender, interests and favorites.
  • Online Identifiers: IP address, advertising ID, unique device ID, and other information about your device, internal and third-party IDs that have been assigned to you.

  • Internet Activity Information: Information on how you interact with advertisements we serve on behalf of our clients, and information about the location of your device.

  • You. When you provide your information on our website, third-party websites, digital experiences we manage, or in person when we host or run an event for our clients.

  • Data Partners. We work with data partners who provide us with insights and information about consumer behaviors, which we use to create a marketing strategy for our clients.

  • What are Cookies & Other Technologies?

    Cookies. A “cookie” is a tiny file that’s stored on your computer. It contains a unique identifier, as well as the address and other information about the website you are visiting.   • Our Clients.
  • Service Providers.We engage Service Providers to provide services such as advertising, marketing, email, and analytics/insights. We may share any information we collect about you with these Service Providers and authorize them to collect information from you directly to support the services they provide to us. We do not authorize our Service Providers to share your information with any other third parties.
  • Legal Compliance, Business Transfers, and Other Disclosures. We disclose information about users of our Services when we believe the law requires it, for example, to respond to compulsory process or law enforcement requests, enforce our terms of use located on Mosaic.com, or protect the rights, property or safety of users of our Services, the public, Mosaic and the companies it owns, Service Providers, Clients, Data Partners, or any third party. Over time, we may reorganize or transfer various assets and lines of business. We reserve the right to disclose or transfer any information we collect to third parties in connection with any proposed or actual purchase, sale, lease, merger, foreclosure, liquidation, amalgamation or any other type of acquisition, disposal, transfer, conveyance or financing of all or any portion of Mosaic or our affiliates, including should any such transaction be proposed.
  • How Can You Control Our Use of Your Information?

    Marketing Communications

    Typically, we send marketing communications on behalf of our clients. We may, occasionally, send marketing communications on our own behalf in connection with programs or experiences we create for the benefit of clients. Any opt-out of our clients’ communications should be sent through that client. You can opt-out of Mosaic’s marketing communications by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in our emails.

    Do Not Track

    We do not currently respond to browser do-not-track signals. Instead, we adhere to the standards set out in this privacy policy and offer the opt-out choices described above.

    Rights for Our California Residents

    We collect information on behalf of our clients. Residents of California (“California Consumers”) may have additional privacy rights under California law, such as the right to know what information is collected, how their information is used, who their information is shared with, as well as the right to the access, delete or obtain a copy of their information. To exercise any of these rights, California Consumers should contact our clients directly.

    Rights for Our Canadian Residents

    Residents of Canada may request access to their personal information and request a correction to it if they believe it is inaccurate. If you would like to have access to the personal information Mosaic has about you, or if you would like to have it corrected, please contact us using the contact information provided below. In cases where we process your personal information for one of our clients, rather than control it ourselves, we may direct your request to our client. If you would like to access or correct information held by one of our clients, you should direct your request to that client directly.

    In some cases we may not be able to allow you to access certain personal information in certain circumstances, for example if it contains personal information of other persons, or for legal reasons.

    To help protect against fraudulent requests for access to your personal information, we may ask you for information to allow us to confirm that the person making the request is you or is authorized to access your information before granting access. For example, we may require you to verify your identity before you access your personal information.

    Additional Privacy Information

  • Security, Retention and Storage of Information. We use commercially reasonable procedures to protect the information that we collect. However, we cannot guarantee the security of our databases, nor can we guarantee that information you supply won’t be intercepted while being transmitted to us over the Internet. Personal information may be accessed by persons within our organization, or our third-party service providers, who require such access to carry out the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, or otherwise permitted or required by applicable law. Personal information we collect is managed from our offices in Jacksonville, Florida.
  • Children’s Privacy. We do not knowingly allow anyone under the age of 16 to provide us with any personal information online. Children should always get permission from their parents before sending any personal information about themselves (such as their names, email addresses, and phone numbers) over the Internet, to us or to anyone else. If you are under 16, please do not register for our sites or provide us with any personal information (such as your name, email address or phone number).
  • Location of Your Data. Mosaic is a U.S. company and your personal information will be transferred to, processed, stored and accessed by us, our affiliates and Service Providers in the United States and in other jurisdictions where we or they operate, which may not provide you with the same level of privacy protection as you are entitled to in your jurisdiction. The governments, courts or law enforcement or regulatory agencies of the United States or such other countries may be able to obtain disclosure of your personal information through a lawful order made where the information is located.
  • Changes to Our Privacy Policy. Digital technology is rapidly evolving. If we decide to change our Privacy Policy in the future, we’ll post the changes here and indicate at the top of the policy the last date on which it was updated. Unless otherwise noted, all changes will be effective when posted.
